Our services were established in January 2020 with the opening of Cheam House and we have a strong pipeline of new purpose built services due to open in 2021 and beyond. We meet the care, support and accommodation needs of individuals within the boroughs of south London by supporting them in their home communities, keeping them close to family and friends.

  • Dr Krishnan Satkunam
    Dr Krishnan Satkunam Executive Chairman & Managing Director

    Krish qualified as a Medical Doctor (MBBS) in 2001 and proceeded to work in the NHS for 4 years. In 2004, Krish created KR Health & Social Care Group, which develops and operates care homes, children’s nurseries and other specialist care services. He now assumes the role of
    Executive Chairman focusing on strategy.

  • Tom Ware
    Tom Ware Operations Director

    Tom developed the concept of CCC to bridge a gap in service provision for individuals who require specialist care and support and high quality accommodation that is community based. Tom feels that the CCC concept enables the delivery of the transforming care agenda; by providing an in the community option that is highly specialist, high quality and prevents the need for individuals to be placed out-of-area separating them from their local communities. Tom joined the company as Operations Director, having previously worked for Cygnet Health Care and has extensive experience in the delivery of a range of adult and CAMHS in-patient mental health services and takes responsibility as Nominated Individual for its regulated activities.

  • Paul Milne
    Paul Milne Service Manager

    Paul joined the company as its Business Systems Manager before progressing into the role of Service Manager for Cheam House and has worked across several industries, most notably Health and Home Affairs. Paul has previously worked for Cygnet Health Care as a Clinical Audit Co-ordinator, ensuring that all regulatory requirements were adhered to. Paul is responsible for enhancing the company’s business processes and systems to enable CCC to deliver a high level of support to their staffing teams and continuously improve the quality of care. In turn this provides assurances to all stakeholders and regulatory bodies through accurate and timely delivery of all reporting tools and online records.

  • Seema Chaudry
    Seema Chaudry Business Development Lead

    Seema has worked for over 20 years in healthcare and remains committed and passionate about enhancing individuals lives by enabling them to access the most appropriate care, as close to home as possible in a timely and seamless manner.

    Her extensive experience working with Partnerships in Care and more recently Cygnet Health Care has enabled her to establish strong and valued relationships with her NHS customers across the South East Region.

    She has a thorough understanding of the commissioning landscape and importantly understands the key challenges faced by funders when looking for appropriate specialist placements.

    Seema has joined Community Crisis Care to support the clinical and operational teams to enhance existing and future care pathways within specialist domains like ASD, in order to ensure that both referrers and ultimately service users and their carers have access to the most meaningful and appropriate care.
